Overview & Approach
This is the live real-estate demo at real-estate.jethrofrane.xyz. The homepage presents a fictional property brand, search and filter controls, featured homes, location discovery, and a loan-estimate flow. Visitors can open property details and compare sample listings; a staff preview demonstrates the management-facing interface.
It is a front-end presentation project. All listings and records are fictional. Search, comparison, detail, and inquiry-preview interactions run in the browser; no production inventory, database, email service, or transaction backend is connected.
I separated the public property-discovery experience from the staff preview. Search controls keep draft choices separate from applied filters; property details and comparison open within the browsing flow. The loan estimate recalculates from the selected assumptions. React state holds the sample interactions, which lets visitors explore the interface without submitting real inquiries or requiring a database.
